Adobe Events Platform
Project Overview
This in-development, consumer-facing events platform is designed to support a wide spectrum of event types—from local in-person meetups and virtual webinars to high-profile programs like Adobe MAX and Summit. It enables marketers to create and manage event pages, track performance, and derive insights, while helping audiences discover, learn, and engage with event content and community. Built for flexibility and scale, the platform aims to modernize Adobe’s events experience and support future opportunities.
Challenges & Impact: This project required extensive cross-functional coordination across teams with competing priorities, while adapting to a new codebase and technical constraints. To streamline efforts and ensure consistency, I introduced a reusable Events pattern library that supports both current and future use cases. Building on this foundation, we are now shaping the future-state experience with AI- and LLM-powered features to enhance marketer workflows and attendee experiences.
